Integration Procedure

Step A: set your refills up on your website.

  1. Make a new ‘location’ in Shopify for your refills called ‘On Repeat Warehouse’.

    You can call it whatever you like but please let us know which location we should use.
  2. Add your refills to your product list. Make sure they have unique SKUs and let us know what the SKUs are if you haven’t already.

    We recommend adding these as variants of the original product so your customers will easily see them on the main product page. You can then add those products to a ‘Refills’ collection and provide more details on the refills on the collection page. You can also add them as standalone products.
  3. Make the refills only available at the On Repeat Warehouse location.

    You can set this in the product page area. Click on the refill variant and scroll to the inventory section.
  4. Set up shipping rates for the refills.

    We recommend adding a new shipping profile for your refills only.

Let us know when you have completed Step A.

Step B: connect your Shopify to our warehouse software.

  1. Please provide us with your Shopify URL.

    This is not the same as your public website address. Your store name is visible in the URL bar in the admin panel. https://{yourstorename}.myshopify.com/)
  2. We will provide you with login details for Mintsoft.

    Important - Please make sure you’re logged into Mintsoft before the next steps otherwise it won't connect. 
  3. Install the Mintsoft connection app from Shopify: https://apps.shopify.com/mintsoft

  4. Click through to open the app and it should send you to Mintsoft and verify your store connection with a success message.

    Let us know if you're getting an error message and we will look into it.
