You simply send us your bulk product and we do everything else; from storage, filling your refill orders daily to shipping direct to your customers.

  • Our company is headed by a skincare formulator well versed on Good Manufacturing Practices. It has been designed with cleanliness and product safety in mind from the ground up.

  • We have our own clean room and fully-trained specialised staff to fill your refills

  • Additionally, our clean room is located within a static-free aerospace facility in Birmingham

  • Our filling staff wear lab coats and gloves when handling product

  • Your bulk product is kept in jerry cans on sanitised benches and shelves. We provide pumps for your product and sanitise all utensils and pumps with alcohol spray.

  • Our unique packaging allows us to use Royal Mail’s large letter service, making our postage lower than a regular parcel

  • We have designed our own super-strong large letter boxes to withstand the turbulence of the postal system

  • Our boxes show your customer how to use the refill. Some clients like to include their own flyer in addition to this.
