How it works
1️⃣ Your refill SKU lives on your own site
When a customer orders a refill, the order routes directly to our fulfilment system — just like any other order.
2️⃣ We fill and ship the same day
Your bulk product is stored in our GMP-standard cleanroom. Our trained team fills each compostable pouch to order and ships it in our custom letterbox packaging.
3️⃣ Your customer refills and repeats
They rinse their bottle, pour in the refill, compost the pouch — and return to your site when it’s time to top up again. No waste, no plastic.
